"food on demand"

Here are the conditions to apply for said service:

• Send a letter to Kuro(ingame)
• State the dish and amount you want
• The letter has to contain the materials needed to craft the stated amount
• Send a "Bouillabaisse" with it (only necessary if you demand a 2-star-dish)
